To view the distance travelled for the day, keep pressing the mode button, it shows:
- Step (no. of steps for the day),
- Miles or Km (This is the one that shows your distance travelled),
- Minutes of activity,
- Total steps walked using the pedometer
- and then it returns back to Step.
You can view previous days in the same way - press the memory button, and keep pressing it to view previous days. - While you are viewing one of the days press the set button and it will show you all of the stats such as steps and distance travelled.
